As a proud full member of the Wall Tie Installer Federation (WTIF) an additional warranty can be provided at an additional cost which will be noted on a quote. The additional warranty guarantees the wall tie installation for a period of twenty-five years up to a limit of £100,000. Each individual additional warranty covers a single building or identified elevations of a building (part-elevations are not covered because the wall ties in the untreated part may have an impact on the treated work if they fail.). The additional warranty also covers the replacement wall ties, and any ancillary work included as part of the contract, e.g. repointing, brick reinforcement etc. Furthermore, it covers materials and workmanship. For addition terms and conditions relating to the additional warranty please contact UK Wall Ties Ltd.
We note that should a survey or report be undertaken by an alternative company; UK Wall Ties Limited would only undertake remediation work following a survey conducted by one of our own surveyors.
