Elliot is a founding director of UK Wall Ties and has been involved in property for over 15 years. Elliot initially worked as a property developer before undertaking extensive training to become an acoustic consultant specialising in Building and Environmental Acoustics. A structural first approach has always been adopted by Elliot when purchasing or renovating a property. This essential approach exposed the potential devastating effect of wall tie failure and led to the formation of UK Wall Ties Limited in collaboration with Kieron Scutt.
Kieron Scutt
Kieron is a founding director of UK Wall Ties and has been working in the building and construction industry since he was 16. Kieron is a Managing Director of a property development company and has vast experience in construction with an advanced knowledge of structural integrity in both commercial and residential sectors. Kieron’s advanced practical construction knowledge and skills have encouraged the formation of UK Walls Ties Limited with Elliot Hurst.
